There's always a mild pang of anxiety when you have travel booked for the end of the week—but it's just the start of the week. When should I start laying things out? When should I do that last load of laundry? Increasingly, I've started just making small preparation piles in the corner of our bedroom, out of the way of everything else, and then just slowly adding to those piles as it becomes close enough to finalize them. I've done this trip a bunch of times before, and yet, the anxiety persists! I'm not even an anxious flyer! There's just something about knowing the major event is on the other end of the tunnel, almost like a doctor's appointment in the middle of the day. Anyway. - PODCAST: My Turn – Ocean's Eleven (feat: Janet, Rob, Patrick, Chia) – I've never seen any of these movies...somehow? I haven't purposely avoided them, but it's going to be a joy to run through them with a certified expert, aka Janet.

I'll be joining over the course of their streaming, but mostly, this is a fun way to celebrate our third anniversary, while acting as a testing ground for futureThe CompoundHighguard streams. (Being able to use Rob's house, instead of renting a facility, is waaaaay cheaper and easier.)- Streams will be happening all day-ish on Monday and Tuesday, at least through Sony's State of Play presentation on Tuesday afternoon.
