I think a Remap follower might have squarely nailed my TV conundrum on a few fronts. I'll admit to not having done much research yet, because I'm waiting to get emails in my inbox about Labor Day sales kicking in, but as outlined in last week's letter series, the requirements are pretty basic for this TV. It has to be better than a 10-year-old Vizio? Easy. It'd be nice if it was bigger than 70 inches, but I can live with roughly 70? Also easy, as long as I'm unwilling to spend $5,000. (lol ok) The hard one: it has to exist in a bright room. Which is why Will pointing me towards the Hisense U7SG, a TV meant for bright rooms and available on sale at 75 inches for many hundreds of dollars off at the moment, might be the prefect TV for me.
-pk, who isn't sure if he should risk waiting closer to Labor Day to save more, or if he should just buy this TV today and move on with his life

- Library-Tier Podcast (Monday, August 24): My Turn — Ocean's Thirteen — Aww, is it almost over? It's always fun to dig into a series of movies you have no familiarity with, and while I'm not sure I'll be revisiting the Ocean movies after all of this is done, I'm happy to have added it to my viewing history. How do I convince everyone to watch every Nightmare on Elm Street?
- Stream (12:30 PM Monday, August 24): Motorsports Manager — We're squeezing our streaming in early this week, since Chia is headed out in a few days. How much winning (??) can happen before the stream is over?
- Stream (2:00 PM Tuesday, August 25): Jump, Rank Repeat — Again, squeezing in another round with Chained Together. We're halfway through our journey into the sky, and based on our current pace, we'll need...one more stream? Which means the finale will happen when Chia returns from Japan in a couple of weeks. Also, as I'm writing this, I realized Gamescom Opening Night is happening at the same time as this stream, so we'll chat over that, too!
- I'm sure we'll do another co-op stream while Chia is out. Speaking of which, we need to spin the wheel to pick the community game. Drop ideas here!
- Article (Wednesday, August 26): Resonance: A Plague Tale — I'm back to booking interviews, and while this one didn't come together as a podcast, I'm really looking forward to sharing thoughts and conversations about A Plague Tale, which is far and away one of my favorite ongoing series in video games.
- I'm really looking forward to a September interview I have booked.
- Article (Thursday, August 27): Whiskerwood — The words continue, except this time it's Samuel Horti chatting with the devs behind Whiskerwood, a city builder that is quite literally about a game of cats and mice.
- Podcast (Friday, August 28): Remap Radio — Chia rotates out, but it'll be myself, Rob, and Janet chatting through Gamescom announcements and more! I can finally talk about Resonance: A Plague Tale, and over the course of the week, I'm going to be picking away at Star War Zero Company, as well.
- Library-Tier Article (Friday, August 28): Letter Series – Topic TBD.
