Where to begin with the news at Xbox? To be honest, I'm going to give it 24 hours to settle in my system, see what some of the deeper reporting bears out about the company's plans, and then chat with Rob for a little bit into a microphone about it. We'd talked about recording today, in the early hours after the news broke, but tomorrow seems like a nice middle ground between BREAKING NEWS and waiting until the end of the week. Still, the bit that got me the most is the idea that more than 1,000 employees who did not lose their jobs today but could lose their jobs over the next year. One of the bleakest parts of the entire ongoing saga. The weight of the invisible axe was one that hung for years while at VICE.

Plus, we'll start collecting ideas from the audience on what should be the fifth game that we're ranking!
- PODCAST: Remap Radio (feat: Chia, Rob, Patrick, Janet) – The rest of the crew will weigh in on the Xbox news, plus whatever breaks between now and then. Like I said, I got a Steam Machine and broke it in with a glass of wine and golf games on my deck. Yes, it does appear to run PGA Tour 2K25 well enough.
